Spring is in the air, y'all! 

Spring is in the air!  I’m seeing signs of it everywhere!  How about you?! The fresh green budding out from the trees and flowers popping up all around me remind me that we have HOPE in a new season!  Spring is an opportunity for us to see things with new perspective.  Spring is color!  Spring is the warmth of the sun on our winter faces!  Spring is the door into summer where we can feel like a kid again and run through the grass in our bare feet!  Maybe I love Spring because I was born on the first day of Spring.  My Mom always called me her little spring chicken.  

I just returned from a long trip to Holland to visit my family.  I was inspired in so many ways by the cobblestone streets, the scrumptious food, the Dutch Masters ( a group of renowned and influential Dutch painters from the 17th Century), the architecture, the canals, the flowers and most of all the beautiful people who are my family.  It was the trip of a lifetime and I am grateful for the time spent with my family.  

My wish for you is that Spring stirs HOPE up for you too.  Hope of a new season!  Right now, it’s stirring me to paint in bright colors with singing birds and budding tulips!  I’m looking forward to having some of that inspiration up on the website soon!  Have a blessed day!
